Does anyone still wear v neck tee shirts under their dress shirts? And if so is it still in style to do so?

Sure they do. Maybe it isnt mainstream fashion to do so but there are many guys out there making thier own fashion statements and many like more retro styles.

Yes. The point of an undershirt is to keep your own body sweat from staining your shirt. Not wearing an undershirt leads to pit stains and back sweat showing through. Tempting for your potential mates, I'm sure. The point of the V neck specifically is that it looks better than wearing a dress shirt with a white round neck undershirt stuck up by your Adam's apple. When properly fitting, a v-neck undershirt will not be seen. Your dress shirt will look good WITHOUT buttoning it all the way up. AND you won't sweat through your shirt.
