I recieved a reaffirmation agreement form the bank that I am buying my car, but I went into bankruptcy. Should I sign the agreement or should I just wait until I go to court?

call the bank, but i believe what they want to know is if you are going to continue to pay on the car. basically, was it included in the bankruptcy. if it was and you do not want to keep paying on it i would turn it in to the bank. if you plan on paying on it then, see above... if the first line is the case then they will tell you. sorry you are having a hard time. there are better things instore for the future.
