No - not if they are realistically likely to be attacked. Obviously, it is possible to go over the top, and say that because one school has been attacked once, you have to spend a fortune on any school. But if an attack on any institution, including schools, is reasonably possible, it is the government's duty to protect all citizens.

well I think at least protect the muslims, for crying out loud, christians, and the govnt pretty much labeled these people as terrorists(which isnt true, and is a offfensive statement to the islam community), so i think it's the least they can do
