Obviously you have your feelings and reasons as she has hers.I would guess that she is trying to limit your time as she thinks this is how she can move on.You are now friends and for her, that means not spending so much time together as when you were in a more intimate relationship.I can see that it may be annoying if she says 'just call me between 2 and 3 pm' (for example) as you may feel it is like a business relationship, but at least she hasn't cut you off altogether? I don't think you should be mad.I suggest increasing your time with other people as well.Good luck

The 'friends' thing can only happen when neither of you have any expectations of each other beyond being just friends. It's far too much to expect of yourself to go from lovers to friends so soon. You need to distance yourself from what you have just ended first. Because there's every chance you'll feel confused & conflicted to go straight from one to the other. Kind regards :)
