Personally I wouldn't want anyone reading all of my deleted stuff on my computer, either...but I doubt that anybody is that interested in me to spend hours and days sifting through all the stuff. I don't consider my opinion that important.

They could. Unless you stand there and watch them do what they do, you have no guarantee that they're not viewing your data or copying it before destroying it. So I guess the trick is to find someone who's too busy to care about that stuff:) Are you paying someone to do this for you? Because it's something I've thought about doing professionally before.

It depends how often you use and save stuff to your computer. Basically when something is deleted it is recoverable to something new is saved in place of that file. so if you save and delete stuff really reguraly then i would say no. But if they are really really talented it might be possible. If i were you, i would google it and find out all the information you can before you take it in ***edit*** Just another thing... Have you deleted the things from your recycle bin? and did you save them? or just typed and printed... then exited word without saving.
