No, it's "full of whack." When it's "out of whack", you have to hit it a few more times, to insert more whacks into the holding tank, and then it can run better for a little while. One whack usually lasts for at least a few minutes, but it may take a few of them to refill the thing enough to get it started okay. "All out of whack" is also known as "whackless" or "running on empty". Beware of the new so-called whack-free models, because without any whacking they often just break down a few days after their 90-day warranty. At that point, they're whack-proof. The best models are often described as "That's just whacked!". This means the factory pre-inserted 40-50 fresh whacks before shipping it, so it should last a long time if it's lasts a day. Those are most ideal, in the wacky sense. When asking for the most whacked model at the store, if they should ask "Are YOU whacked?" be sure to tell them you've had plenty enough now, and perhaps the manager would like some. They're usually grateful for any wackiness they can get, and might give you a discount for any wackery you can share with them. You know, just to get you to leave quickly and happily, with the right wackitude. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to ask another qwhack what to do. We're just glad to help. All the best upside the head, -Charlie17-
