Open your drivers door (stop the car first), face outside the vehicle, and maneuver your body so your head is basically looking up at the steering wheel, under the dash. You should see a metal box that looks like a CD player almost in that area. There will be a wide, short plug coming out from it with 32 pins if I remember correctly. Look on that box for the code.

I just found mine. If you open the rear passenger side door, fold down the seat, and gently remove the molding around the seatbelt adjuster for the back seat passenger. (Clips hold it on and you could break them if you aren't careful. You then pull the lower molding loose, below the top molding you just removed and you will see a black box with wires coming out of it. On the left side, you will see 5 numbers printed on the label. Those are your keypad codes. (When you pull the top molding loose, you will see a black box there too, but it isn't the one with the keypad code on it. It is behind the lower molding)
