    Image hosting services generally require users to affirm that they will not infringe copyright as part of the agreement for using the site, but monitoring that on an on-going basis would be a nearly impossible task. If alerted to the fact that copyrighted images were posted, I'm sure that a reputable service would investigate and take appropriate action.
