You have a couple of choices: First you could either suck it up and get over it. Just give her oral sex anyways. You should consider that your penis might not always be the best smelling thing in the world. If her vagina is just too smelly or you can't get over the idea, then you can also simply refuse to do it and tell her why. If you choose the second option then you should be prepared for her to also refuse to give you oral sex. You might also hurt her feelings. Perhaps a douche will solve her smell issues, but that's only if she has a "not so fresh" vagina. All genitals have a certain natural smell.

If she has alot of strong foods in her diet, that would make a difference. Foods with garlic or onions is real bad at doing this. Liver or iron pill supplements will do this. Also just a couple of days prior to her starting her period it tends to get strong. She could as well have a mild yeast infection that she doesn't know about. There are certain medicines that will do this. Does she shave down there? Hair down there is real bad at collecting odors, same as under your arms, and quick too. Thank you for the answers! Couple of things i would like to add - I have given head to my ex-gf...she too smelled bad..and 1 before that was a virgin...she was good..i dint have any problems. Be honest with your mate and tell her what the problem is so that you and she can deal with it and move beyond it. I would suggest using various flavored and/or scented lubs, jellies and oils. She might also take a good douche just before your have intimacies, which migh also make your ability to orally pleasure her more to your liking.
