  • Keeping a damp cloth over it and covering with foil will keep the turkey just fine for 2 or 3 days.
  • I think so. Fully cooked fowl keeps well. It's BEFORE cooking that the bacteria love to grow.
  • If it was Fully cooked sure, no problem. What makes me Cringe is seeing Foil being used on "Acidic Foods" like Spaghetti & other Italian/Mexican foods with Tomatoes, or Pineapple, Cranberries etc.. Tam always forgets this. If U have to use Foil, First wet a Paper Towel so that it Contacts the Food, then the Foil. The Acid will "EAT" the Foil actually creating a "Battery Current" and "Turning" the Food Bad. U can see this as "Holes in the Foil" (if U hold up to the light) everywhere it touched the Food!!! John
  • It's fine for several days once it's cooked. It's just like if you bought a piece of cooked ham for sandwiches. It's cooked and ready to eat for you at least for 3-5 days. It's leftovers! LOL!
