In the middle of a nasty divorce with a judge who is bias against women. My ex makes 100K. I am still waiting for our assets to be divided and while working two jobs I am at poverty level. My kids, 13 and 17, live with me. Do I have any recourse?

Do you have a lawyer. If so, he sucks.

You have the kids. You should be getting child support for sure.

Well, I'm surprised the Judge hasn't been asked to be recused due to bias, however, that could your side of the story, I'm wondering what your ex's story is.
