Has anyone here had eye surgery for his/her glaucoma? If so, would you please tell me what to expect? Could you feel an immediate difference?

I have several surgeries on my eyes and it is not bad at all. Normally you will have a patch for a little while. The more you open your eye under the patch the faster it wil get better.
