YES THAT IS EVIL! THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE...

I say go for it.

Buy a locking gas cap to put on his car and throw the key to that away. :) It's the best entertainment $12 can buy.

Two wrongs do not make a right. I know you are tempted to do this, but then you would be just as guilty as the other person. Do it the legal way and call the police. make a report, then have him arrested, if you can prove he was the thief.

G'day Snakelover, Thanks for your question. It might be tempting but calling the police would be a better option. If he is a co-worker, reporting him to the boss (if they don't already know) and getting him sacked would also be appropriate. After all, if he steals from his co-workers, he is probably stealing from the company as well. Regards

Set up a video camera and catch him in the act. Then take it to the police. That will do more good than throwing his house keys in the lake. I doubt you want to get hit with the bill if he finds out who did it and then sues you for the cost of the locksmith.

that works for me!! ...lol.... or bake a cake or cookies with 'laxettes'... that will have him on the run:)

Sounds like a plan snake.. what did he steal?? the rat!! let him have it girl..

Don't forget to push his car/truck in that lake too. P.S. You may even want to send him with it......M.C.S.

YOu have every right to do it :) But not in the lake just hide it somewhere in the office.
