The normal bladder capacity in adults is about a cup and a half (13.5 oz or 400 mL).

2,000 gallons.

If it's completely full, I think it's just under 20oz (17-18 or so) which is somewhere around 500ml. Although people usually get the urge when it's a bit over half full.

I am a 28 year old male and I have done a controlled test of how much urine my bladder holds. Out of each of the 3 times that I had to go to the bathroom and without holding more then 10 minutes after it hitting me I had 32 ounces of liquid release from my bladder into a measuring cup. I guess my bladder is larger then most. I am 6'3" and 270 lbs so that may have something to do with it.

Believe it or not, the amount drained from mine was 2,200 ml. I have no idea as to whether that's a record; however, I do still wonder when one would burst. I'm a male, 5'7", 175lbs. At the time I was 75.
