  • One of the scariest books I ever read. The movie really stunk though.
  • Yes I have read all of SK's books apart from the dark tower series. Loved it!
  • There were times when reading it I had to close it quickly (like closing a door with something unknown on the other side) and walk away. It was so good and so incredibly eerily creepily scary. I loved it. The only thing that scared me more was King's book 'IT'.
  • i cried when Gage died - the dad's memory of him being dragged down the road with clothes scattered everywhere really got to me. the cat didn't scare me - the kid did when he brought him back - and the kid that died that tried to warn him scared me a liitle too...if anyone hasn't read this i'm sorry cos i think i've just given away the whole book lol :-D
  • Pet Sematary was another of the creepy hits for me. Almost everyone has wished at some time that they could bring someone back from the dead, but as the saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for." He takes an outlandish idea and makes you think "what if?", and then "NOT a good idea!" The Dark Tower book where they are trying to reach the tower, and they come across the lobster-like creatures who talk gibberish made me laugh so hard! I was unimpressed with Cell, though, it seemed like a rework of The Stand.
  • great book and i like the movie a lot too. when the kid turned into the ladies siter, it was pretty creepy.
  • Semetary you mean..Creepy. The ending really keeps you on edge and makes you say to yourself, WTF! Don't worry, it's just the loonys screamin down in the asylum. Don't listen to em, just keep walkin.
  • Loved it! That was one creepy book.
  • I loved it. It's a short back, but it gets all its aspects right, from the dead returning to their loved ones, the subject of life after death and I loved how passed character history helped to shape the story and give it justification, even if it's slightly corny.
  • LOVED it. Too scarey (if there is such a thing). I read it before I had kids, but when I did have them I always remembered to keep them away from busy roads. The movie was "ok"...the creepy kid still has the ability to double my heartbeat whenever I see him.
  • Did not read the book...Saw the movie...I was scared out of my gourd... :)
  • naw but i seen the movie and it was freaky!! ;)
  • excellent film-cant even think of the blade thruogh the heel though
