How much do you usually spend on a regularly scheduled 'tune-up' for your car?

depends on where you go. if you change all the fluides and belts rotate your tires and other stuff like that you might spend around $300

about $35 for oil lube, and general check up.

From the dealership: $740 (won't do that again!) From my preferred mechanic: $200 - 400

Not much. We do it ourselves and just the cost of parts if needed and oil.

My last tune-up cost me about $200 from the dealership and came with a tire rotation, topped off fluids and grease all lubrication points of my truck -- I think it is kind of expensive for every three months however, I believe it is preventive maintenance well spent, I think... :-)
