  • No of course they didn't. However, on the whole, I doubt they want to get into a war on their home territory. I don't see why we don't just help them set up the nuclear power they say they want (so it's safe and we don't get another Chernobyl) and work on building communications instead of breaking them. They say they only want the nuclear material for power - so help them get the power going and perhaps try treating them with respect, and it won't have to be a cover up anymore.
  • The number one principle of negotiation is to let both sides save face. With all the sophisticated technology available today, it remains to be seen if they are covering up.
  • They did stop their nuclear program when it comes to making bombs,but have kept the program for creating nuclear energy for the country,which they should be allowed to do .Why this information was delayed to the public I do not know.
