The bible principle is that one day is the same as another and so Jesus is to be worshipped by His friends every day and not especially on high days and holidays.

Give the hungry some fish and wine, give some money to legitimate organizations dedicated to healing the sick ( your county hospital takes your tax money to treat the indigent, but they'd like five bucks or so, and you can't heal um with a layin' on of hands.), visit somebody in jail, I been there, those folks really appreciate it just to know some body knows they are in there, waiting for the bueracracy to admit they exist. ( Learn to spell bearacracy) If ya see somebody shiverin', give um your coat, see sumbudy else shiverin', give um your parka. Treat other folks the way ya would appreciate them treating you, hold a door open, let um merge onto the freeway, don't get all upset cause somebody had 13 items in the express check out lane. Somebody whacks you upside the head, turn your head and lettumm whack you on the other side of yore haid. Say, 'ouch.' Have good thoughts for the dead, pray for them if you think it matters, I don't think you can raise them. I don't think its a good idea to blight fig trees or stampede hogs over a cliff, we jess aint got the ability. Remember how that itty bitty baby suffered a lingering painful death hangin' on a tree 'cause he thought it would make a difference in your life.
