"Notepad." Write your question, save it, and open it later, and copy and paste it into your question box.

... there is ... use any of the many text editors or word processors, save the file, edit it all you want, rewrite as many times as you like ... when you are ready, just do a block copy and paste into the "Ask a Question" space, and click "Go".

No..but you could write the question, then copy and paste it to your notebook, then copy and paste it back when you want to ask it.
