He has whatever purpose He wants to have. His purpose is to be the eternal Creator and everlasting Father which He is. His purpose is to be the Saviour of His own race who has willingly sinned against Him. His purpose is to do and judge righteously as the eternal and righteous God that He is. His purpose is to be Who He is--JEHOVAH God--the Lord Jesus Christ. Simply put, His purpose is to be Almighty God. -In the service of the Master. Thank you and may God bless you!

His purpose is to Creat.What He creates has inside of it what it takes to continue on for generations. What man Creates has to be constantly maintained and renewed.God is a Creator.

It is a bettern question, in my opinion, if phrased, "how can God not have a purpose?" I say this because if God is not omniscient, then he is limited and would not be God anymore. As creator of everything, he exists outside of time and space, both of which he also created. Since he exists outside of time, he is able to view it simultaneously and operate within it to achieve his ultimate plan and purpose. All of this being said, if God were trapped within time, or space then he would be limited mentally and physically and could no longer be God, who by definition is not limited. This may not adequately answer your question, but this question could be asked in connection to many different things, let me know if I need to clarify or if you were wanting responses to be addressed to any specific issue.

He doesnt, one would have to exist before a purpose for said entity is to exist.
