There are several answers to this. "I won ______" is generally meant to imply that you were granted their a-Romantic affection or b-political support But... "Win" in Internet jargon, can mean any NUMBER of things... and we all know how internet jargon is infiltrating the IRL lives of teenagers. So, using that slang, "I won ______" could very well mean that the person in question was dealt a witty insult by the speaker.

The only time I know it is correct to say "I won ____" is in a romantic sense. Otherwise, I would imagine is some sort of slang.

The only way that it would be grammatically correct is if they were actually awarded the person as a prize. It's probably something similar to when people say, "Oh, you got owned!" I have the same problem when someone doesn't believe you and they say, "You're a lie!" instead of "You're a liar."
