Um, I wouldn't, and I might find it mildly offensive since that is really making a mockery of a traditional creche. Granted, I wouldn't have one regardless, but the "wise men" weren't named, faced people at all, so it would be pointless and rather rude to put faces on them so as to rub others' faces in it.
