Well, after giving birth to three children and breastfeeding all of them, I would have a tummy tuck, liposuction in my thighs and butt, and a breast lift. Why, are you paying? :)

Scar reduction. *shrug* that's the only thing I don't like. OR LAZER HAIR REMOVAL. Just because body hair is a hassle that I really detest.

I like myself just as I am. I would donate my "free surgery" to a burn victim who really needed it.

hmmmm i think i would either have my nose made smaller or my eyes a tiny bit bigger. depends on my mood. although i would just be terrified that they would mess up my face so i would prbly talk about it, make an appointment, then show up and spaz and run away real fast before anything is done. and never come back again. cuz im cool like that. k im done talking. i swear. i promise.... k im done

As many insecurities as I have, I'm not sure I'd get anything done. Free doesn't mean that all the health risks are removed and they scare me more than the cost issue...

Where to start? Tummy tuck/lypo. Inner thighs and hips more fat sucking! The girls would be put back where they belong, and tons of scar and hair removal!!!!!!!!!!! I think that's it?!?! LOL!!!!!!!!

I might consider fixing my jaw. I have a sloped jaw and get some pain every now and then. Plus it looks like I have a double chin. :(

I'd like to think I wouldn't have anything done because I believe you are happier if you accept yourself as you are and get on with the stuff that's more important than merely what you look like. Plus its surgery no matter which way you look at it, and surgery will always have its complications and botch-ups. Catch me at a weak moment though, and I'd probably have a complete face and body transplant.
