Has anyone ever used one of the inflatable sleep cushions that sit on your lap and expand enough to prevent the person seated in front of you from reclining? Any repercussions?

I've never used one. It seems that if the preceding passenger reclines energetically enough, there could be a rather loud repercussion.

I haven't used one. I do know that if someone were to try and prevent me from reclining with the use of one there would be a con-cussion involved.

I was thinking about getting a couple of those before we have our 8 1/2 hour flight. Saw them in the sky mall magazine. I didn't know that it made the person in front of you unable to recline, though. Not that that should make much difference, you only recline a fraction of an inch anyway! lol

If your description of the use of this travel "amenity" is accurate it would be very selfish for one to use it. I can;t believe that such an article actually exists or, if it does, that airlines would permit it to be used.
