Your her mother,if anyone can convince her ,its you!! Besides at 15 years old did you have 5000 dollars for breast implants ?? By the time she saves up that kind of money she will be old enough to decide for herself !! But until then she will need your written consent for all of her body adjustments.

Just say no. Secondly, there is no responsible plastic surgeon that will do the surgery. So if you find one, chances are you won't be impressed with their credentials. She could go from small breasts to huge deformed ones with the wrong surgeon. Thirdly, and most importantly, I would work very hard to counteract the "looks is everything" culture we have going today, especially where girls are concerned. Eliminate physical appearance worries from *your* vocabulary. Talk to her, a lot!, about what really makes a beautiful woman. Plastic ta-ta's are pretty far down on THAT list. Britney, has unwittingly given you a perfect example to illustrate that being "beautiful" and "breastie" doesn't guarantee a happy well balanced life.

Ask her if she values her brain. The brain cells die quite rapidly with implants. Thats societies answer to intelligent (scary) women.
-
why would anyone want to copy Britney??? that is just beyond me.
-
Actually, Don Juan DeMarco can help, oddly enough. He makes a compelling argument that every woman, by design, is inherently beautiful. Point out how pretty everyone is naturally. Or just say she'll look like a poseur whore.
-
I would not worry about it. Has she got a spare 70K laying around her room? And if she manages to earn that sum then she can do as she likes when she turns 18. Someone's trying to get a rise out of you and has succeeded.

She's 15. Who is the boss in your house? If you can't control this imbecilic idea you are in for some real shocks.
-
she'd have to get it redone when she turns 25, her breasts havent fully deleloped yet so its not possible to get a good sergon to do it anyway, and you're her mother, you need to convince her otherwise, maybe she just needs help with her self image, and im sure every woman has gone through the same stage. but at the end of it all, she'll feel great if you help her get over wanting bigger breasts. tell her of all of the bad things that happen because of big breasts, such as major back pain, etc.
-
Speaking as a man who likes to fondle breasts, I must say that implants generally don't feel right. They DEFINITELY misshape the breasts and that will be doubly true if she gets the implants done before she stops growing (about another 5 years). The only reason I can think of to want them at 15 is if she plans to get knocked up young like Brit's sister, Jamie-Lynn. Or does she WANT to look like a freak by the time she's 25?

Research all of the risks and pluses really well, and make a comprehensive list of them, and show them to her. When you go over things like deformity, you may even want to include a couple of pictures for her, so she sees to what extent it can turn out. And besides, she's only 15, she's not done with puberty even! Tell her that she can at least wait until then to find out where she'll get naturally.
-
there are plenty of web sites that have picture's of what happens when this go wrong ...remember a picture is worth a thousand words ... show her what does go wrong ...it will scare the shit out of her ... no more problem
-
Just refuse to allow it. She's 15! No plastic surgeon is going to allow a 15 year old to have surgery without parental consent.
-
I dont think it is a matter of "convincing" her at 15. Just say no and let her get mad...when she gets older she will thank you. Personally, I dont think it would be safe because her body hasnt stopped growing..just an idea.
