Is that even legal to have a child at that age? You should have thought about the rest of your life before having a child. Don't ruin it, I'm not sure if its legal are not, but you can always contact a legal service in your area for help.

I'm guessing that you are looking for parental consent to get married to your baby's father? That your father has said he will sign for you. That your mother has said that if he does that she will file for back child support that your father owes. If your father is behind in child support or hasn't paid it at all even though he was obligated by divorce to do so. Yes, your mother can open up this issue with the courts and yes, your father will likely have to pay up.

I don't exactly understand the question but I think if you're wanting your dad's consent to marry and your mum is going to stir up trouble, then you should wait until you are legal age before you marry.

If you need parents consent and you mother files back support well.

Well... you can sue anyone for anything in this country if you want to pay for a lawyer. Honestly, though, I can't see a court granting back child support to the mother of an emancipated child. The court isn't stupid - they know when Mom is gold-digging. Ultimately, of course, it's up to your Dad to decide whether he wants to take that chance. Let him know about Mom's threats... and he can decide whether he wants to bless your marriage or not. Best of luck with the little one!
