Some people say idea like "idear" with an r at the end. I have no idea where in the world that came from.

I hate when people say irregardless, in lieu or regardless.

For people from Bristol, any word that ends with a vowel sound - they put an l on the end for some reason, so idea becomes ideal.

Stragedy LOL!!! Years ago when the BeeGees came out with the song Tragedy, my husband started singing it as stragedy and for the life of me, now I have to stop and really think hard to be able to hear and spell the word LOL!!!

For me it's "entrepreneur". I just cannot say it correctly the first time around! :-) I've heard "supposedly" mispronounced lots. Some people say "supposably", which isn't correct!

Ambidextrous. You know, when you can write with both your right and left hand. Most people mis-spell and pronounce it as Ambidetrious...notice there is no I.
