  • Whenever you think of crying you start to cry? You're not the first person to ever cry at work.
  • not every time i think of crying ever... just more like, if im frustrated or angry and i think "oh crap im going to cry" its too late to stop it or make any kind of dignified escape. thanks for answering so quick.
  • I understand what you are going through, I am also a very emotional person. Have you talked to your doctor about this? Do you feel depressed? Tell your doctor and he/she can prob help you. I was just put on Lexapro and it is helping.
  • If you can't express what you feel in any other way, there should be no shame in crying. I heard it is healthy to cry once in a while, and anyways, everybody does it once in a while.
  • I've cried at work some times. Usually it was because of bullying or something went wrong. If I can, I head off to the toilets for a while but sometimes it happens too fast. It's embarassing but everybody cries some times, it's just that some of us cry very easily. I take Efexor and it helps a bit.
  • I get really embarrassed about crying because it happens in shops too but I think it could be a reaction to having suppressed emotions for years and now no longer having the strength to hold them back. I think it would have been far healthier to have cried more when the things first happened but I thought it wasn't "grown up" to cry. In fact, it is human to cry and better not to hold it in for years.
