How do i put music from my computer onto a micro sd card?

my sd card for my new phone keeps saying i have to remove the wirte-protection everytime i try to either drag and drop music or format the card..what can i do?
(the little lock on the side option, i already tried)

If it goes into a cellphone (I just got a micro sd for my Blackjack II) insert the chip into the designated slot and plug the USB cable linking the phone and the computer. Once you open your My Computer icon you shoud see an icon for your phone (may be listed as a mass storage device) then double click. The phone should open as a regular file and you can drag & drop items you want on the card into this file. Once you're done, close the folder, unplug and double check to make sure everything is on the micro sd card.

ALSO: There is a device you can plug the sd card into that makes it like a zip drive and you can follow the same instructions to load your items onto the card that way as well.

the anwers shown above are right. Here shown below are the steps that I did to my micro SD.

1. Insert my micro SD into its adapter and put it inside
my card reader.
2. Insert the card reader into the USB port of your
computer.
3. It is a plug and play, the pc will ask me should I want to open it. A new drive is created, a removable disk drive where I can copy paste the music that I wanted to copy from my pc to my sd.

how do you put music on it

If your comp has a card reader then just insert it, click my computer, and removeable disk _ I think its J but not sure well find the disk that it is and copy paste music into there. if not than put the disk into w/e you want to use the music hook up the USB cable and repeat the process previously described.

Your micro SD card should have come with an adapter that looks like a full-size SD card.

The micro SD goes in the adapter, and the adapter can go in a full-size SD slot.
