  • there are energy drinks... and energy pills (eg.Nitro 2 Go) and even enery gum, I think it just has caffeine
  • Eating a fresh orange always wakes my husband up. THe act of peeling it slowly and eating the sections. And it's quick sugar for you that can give you instant energy. It works both while he's driving a car and at home for a quick pick-me-up and it doesn't make him go pee:-)
  • no energy drinks. nothing artificial. start by drinking yerba mate, which is a tea used ritually in latin america. it has a compound that is similar to caffeine. if you want to drink it the way it was intended, get a mate (mah-teh) gourd and a bombilla (bamboo or metal straw with a filter at the bottom). carry it around and refill it with hot water when you need a fresh spark. soon you'll find that you can take in energy from anything around you that is good for you if you'll allow your mind to accept that ability....
  • They say that apples are more efficient at waking a person up then a cup of coffee. I've never tried it, but I suppose it's worth a shot.
  • try a healthy diet devoid of drugs (caffiene is a drug)
  • Diet pepsi or diet coke.
