Japanese! It'll be a challenge since there's nothing similar to what you know and you will learn a lot :)
-
Japanese is pretty easy, I leaned it from 2nd to 7th grade...I should take it at the university!

Spanish is a good second language to learn, but I guess the real answer depends on where you live. Good luck with whichever you choose! -Buddy

Spanish and Chinese will make you highly employable in years to come.

It depends. Is the alliance with the Klingon empire still holding? Then it might be wise to learn Klingon. If you learn Dutch, you should be able to understand some German as Dutch is considered "Low German" in linguistics.

Since French is a romantic languages, it would be easy for you to learn another in the same group. Spanish would be easy for you, so would Italian, Portuguese and Romanian. The most useful would probably be Spanish, unless you live in Rhode Island.

Spanish is quite easy, and very useful in the (western) business world. I also highly recommend Latin. Even though it is not spoken much anymore, it still gives you a wonderful basis for determining the etymology of a multitude of words, in sciences, in music, arts and literature, etc.

If you are planning on attending Starfleet Academy then Klingon is the way to go.

Spanish would go well with French & English, but Mandarin Chinese would be usefull in the near future ... have you been noticing how China is finally starting to get its SH** together and is rapidly becoming an economic giant ... sort of like the way "made in Japan" was a joke shortly after WWII, but today "made in Japan" is no longer funny, it is a very serious and honorable label ... give China another decade to transform "made in China" from joke to serious, and look out global economy ...
