I do like Guns n Roses!

Appetite For Destruction was great. Axl has admitted to having behavioral issues, which has hurt the band. Currently, he needs 'Chinese Democracy' to be a hit to regain his fame. Too bad the original band can't reform.

I think he is a real character! I have met him twice, both times were just after his Oslo leg of the GnR European Tour this summer. The first time he was a moody b*åæ#, he was arrested the night before, for being high, in Stockholm and was woken up by the support band. The second time, he drank a full bottle of Glenfidich Ancient Reserve whisky, a very good whisky, during the show! He also had a little bit more than just drink (and he paid WAYYYYY too much for it!). After the show he was sweaty as hell and ran right upto me and gave me a huge hug! Oh the joys of being a stage hand lol! His music is ok but he is an amazing performer from what I saw!

Guns N' Roses used to be good, Axl got it and it sucked from then on. Without Slash Guns N' Roses is nothing but a stain that you can't get rid of.

I saw Guns n Roses way back when the were still very "unknown". I think Appetite For Destruction just came out and was not on any charts. They were playing at the Tower Theater in Philadelphia and tix were only $7.50 each. The band was almost 2 hours late, so the opening bands had to keep playing. Once GnR arrived they were very appologetic and played an extended set. They loved the crowd back then and were real showmen.

The day Slash left Guns N Roses was the day that they basically died to alot of people, myself included. Still I loved their music back then and still listen to it from time to time. Axl Rose was a great vocalist, but i think he was to wrapped up in himself.

A great band that will be remembered for a very long time. They didn't put out very many albums but in the ones they did put out, there was very little filler. I actually can only think of one song that I don't like from them: Think About You (off of Appetite). Axl has bipolar and he is an asshole so I guess the band was doomed to break up eventually. However, all of that (and his incredible voice and stage presence) made him the ultimate rock star.

Love Guns n Roses and Axl Rose is THE sexiest man on the entire planet!! Love his 'fuck you' attitude!!

Axl Rose is my insperation when it comes to music. Slash/Jimmy Page/Jimi Hendrix is my guitar. John Bunham/Lars Ulrich is my drum. But what amazes me about Rose is his voice. I am a baritone just like him and I can sing almost the same as him, but I love the way he acts on stage. He'll always be my musical favortie, and GNR will always be my favorite band.

I like them. And Axl's "voice as an instrument" by an early reviewer, to me, is right on. And I think Axl learned to "dance" sitting in his car and rocking to the beat of songs... Then, when he hit the stage, he had to add the feet movements into it! LOL The BEST song, I think they ever did, though was on a riff that Slash played, but didn't like, Axl did, and wrote lyrics for it. I don't know why Slash didn't like it... I think it's one of the best guitar riffs ever, by ANYONE. (Sweet Child O' Mine). Axl's father worked with my father, and once, when the band was nearby (Indy?), he said that the guitarist for the band (don't think it was Slash, though... Izzy?) came into the office, and was calling someone about some equipment that wasn't there for the show - He was trying to find some to rent/lease, I believe. I almost remember Dad saying that Axl or Slash came in to get Izzy, but can't be sure I'm remembering that right, or if that was just a wish. Lafayette used to have "Axl" watches, and the radio stations would mention where he was, when he was in town. (He grew up in Lafayette, Indiana, and his parents/Dad still lived/worked there.) Izzy also built a house not that far from my brother's, and when he quit the band, moved back to Lafayette, Indiana.

haha, i can't describe u how much i love AXL ROSE, no i can't. guns n roses used to be an amazing glam metal/hard rock band, and they r still my best, i really love them. these guys gave us 3 albums that changed the music world!!! and u know axl has made his own band... and they're not so good as old gunners were, and that makes me sad. axl is my idol, and i will love him always, whatever he does, i don't give a rate fuck, he is a person that i love more than myself, that i could die for him. if u have felt it 4 anyone u can understand me.
