I think it will have a negative effect on their performance! But, you never know!

Difficult to say. Rest is always welcomed, but I think 8 days is too much of a break, specially for the Rockies who are having an amazing run, they're working on momentum and they seem to do no wrong. The Red Sox have good momentum too, after coming back from behind, avoiding elimination for the second time in 3 years. I believe this will be one exciting World series.

It depends on what they have been doing during their break. Hopefully they have been practicing hard and will be the socks off of the Red Sox.
