most likely it will be permenent but you don't have to worry. if you ever need to undo something there are codes for it. or you could overide it with another code.

Are action replay codes permanent?
If I save my game after using one, will it still be there?
I used a health cheat on pokemon and I don't want to save if I know it's going to be permanent.

My Action Replay MAX is not working for my PS2, it is saying either disc read error or please insert disc. What can I do to fix this problem?
