Are you talking pink taco or regular taco? Regular taco, (I don't eat meat anymore, but let's pretend) Shredded beef, chicken, even fish, sour cream, avocado, salsa, shredded jack cheese, green onion. Now I do the same with bean, or meat scrambles from Morning Star Farms. Not as great for you meat eaters, but for me, I'm sticking to my guns.
