Cuba, Zimbabwe, Libya, North Korea. These are all examples of countries where, if you think government, you think of one man who controls things. You could even include Brunei, although it is a benign dicatorship in most cases, because the Sultan is sole ruler.
Then there are the oligarchic dictatorships, ie rule by a group of dictators. These include Iran, the former Taliban-ruled Afghanistan, Myanmar(Burma-army controlled).
