Help answer this question below.

My Girlfriend and I been dating for 1 year and 3 months I want to ask her to marry me on chirstmas should I wait alittle longer like feb 14 or much longer? I feel she is the one and she feel the same way.

    I agree with others about not doing it on Christmas. If you are ready to do it, you are ready, don't wait till next year or longer. If you want the engagement date, I would suggest Christmas eve or on Christmas but long after all the presents are opened and things are winding down, she'll never expect it. OR on New years eve, stroke of midnight! She'll be over the possibility of getting a ring for christmas and onto other things.

    I know you love her and finding love is a very beautiful thing but I suggest you ask her to marry after Christmas when all the hype is out of the way. Remember this is a special day you two will share for the rest of your married lives and you want it to be about the both of you. Not Santa's and presents and Christmas trees, but about you and the one true girl you love.

    If you married her around Christmas, you could have a wedding on Feb 14.

    Or you should be original and you could do it on a completely different day.

    What is more important is about you. Are you ready to accept the responsibilities of a spouse? Have you picked a ring? Have you both met each other's family? Where do you plan to live? How do you both feel about children? money?

    You can make ANY day special, it doesn't have to be a holiday! You've been together plenty of time to ask her, there's not really a set amount of time anyway. If you'd like to do it at Christmas, then go for it! Good luck!
