  • Somehow I doubt that. Like Chris Rock said in "Dogma": "Mary gave birth to CHRIST without having known a man's touch, that's true. But she did have a husband. And do you really think he'd have stayed married to her all those years if he wasn't getting laid? The nature of God and the Virgin Mary, those are leaps of faith. But to believe a married couple never got down? Well, that's just plain gullibility."
  • Nope, here is a site that has a quite a bit Information on this subject. http://www.gotquestions.org/Jesus-siblings.html
  • Jesus was not an only child; he had siblings. This is stated more than once in the Bible, notably in Mark 6:3 where it is stated: "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?"
  • That depends on who you believe his father is or was. on this earth it is generally accepted that James the apostle was a sibling of Jesus. Of course Christians may argue that as the Son of God there are no siblings as this would be impossible for God had only one begotten son.
  • I think so
  • No he wasnt.. He had brothers and sister. Just as anacontessa mentioned in the 1st comment. Mark 6:3..mentions this.
  • No,HE was not an only child, JESUS had brothers and sisters in the days that HE was here on this earth...as you can read in the BIBLE. His mother had other children. His mother Mary was only a vessel that GOD used to bring us a SAVIOUR. She was a human being just as we are but she was a virgin. She is not = to GOD or JESUS...simply a person GOD used for us to have a way to see HIM in the flesh and in answer to the Jews prayers of a KING. Then when he was crucified on the CROSS and we were given the choice as to whether or not to believe that he was the SON OF GOD also GOD in the flesh if we believe this to be true and BELIEVE and have FAITH in HIM and decide to follow HIS Word then we too are also considered JESUS' brothers or sisters and GOD'S children.
  • I don't think so, but I understand that there is some debate amoung Christians on that subject. I know of nowhere in Scripture where it states that Jesus had no children but I do know places where it says he had a brother named James.
  • No, the Bible indicates other siblings. But He was the favorite. ;)
