The only answer I can give is that you try to get up and get some sun for a few minutes. I work with computers all day and my eyes sometimes get strained and heavy. Walking outside for 10 minutes usually helps get me through the day.

hmm. im the opposite so i cant say if this actually works lol but apparently they say if you eat a banana it gives your brain more energy. others include having a cup of tea or coffee for energy. they also sell those patches now, you jus stick one on and apparently they give you an energy boost. i think youl soon get used to not having your daytime nap, goodluck with finding a methos that works for you!

Viking proverb. "Live a lively life while you yet live, there will be plenty of time for rest in the grave." ... Although I recommend being more active and sleeping less, if you want to boost your need for sleep & naps, one thing you need to realize is that when your body shunts blood to your digestive system, it leaves less blood for the muscles and less blood for the brain ... so, drinking lots of water and then doing vigorous exercises for a hard, fast, but short time, will both be good for you physically and will tire you out quickly and ready you for a nap.
