No. I would say that it depends a bit on who made the shoes ... some of my shoes are size 10, some are 11 ... and some others use a different method of measuring, and they say size 44 or size 46 ...

I do look, but it's because I become embarassed and wonder how big my feet actually are if you're asking the size. I'm assuming you'd be asking because you're buying me some shoes?
