Yes. I saw it. Before that, I saw him tell her to put her hands behind her back several times. I also saw her bite him.

I have not heard of this story as of yet. There's guidelines we have to follow, but at the same time, it's still at our discretion, in which way we choose to handle a situation. Small in size doesn't matter, I've seen officers being taking down and get beat up, by someone smaller than themselves, and God forbid if they have a weapon!. For me, I'll ask twice-nice, if I think I can restrain them alone, I will, if not, they get two verbal warnings of me telling them to comply or they well be sprayed. I have better things to do, other than getting into a fist fighting match with you, because you won't comply with the instructions I have given to you.
