Be happy with what God gave you. You know there are men out there who will love and accept you just as you are. No need to go through expensive and very painful surgery just to be more appealing to a man.

For most people real suites your body type. Unless you are completely flat like Kate Hudson I wouldn't advise anyone to get a cook up their rack for purely cosmetic reasons. There is the surgery pain, recovery time, scars, possibility of things not looking quite right afterward, etc. Now if this has always been an issue for self esteem, then I say go for it, moderately. I don't think there is anything wrong with enhancing as long as it isn't and doesn't become all about your physical image.

Real, and I like them small. Don't ask me why, but small breasts have always been my preference.

You should really just stay as you are unless you just can't stand the way that you look. I would like to warn you of one thing if you do decide to get implants. I am naturally large busted and have found that it's difficult to get clothes that fit properly. Not to mention the fact that I have dents in my shoulders where my bra straps are. Please don't make this decision lightly.

Giggles, I've had girlfriends get implants and beleive me our sex lives transformed, mainly because their confidence went thru the roof and they were totally uninhibited. This will be a bit of a meandering answer so I apologize in advance. This used to be an easy question for me to answer. Real. But then I came to consider other types of "fake" breasts. Women that get implants after a mastectomy would, for me, fall into a different category. As well, women who get breast reductions. In both cases, I would probably prefer fake. However, if you ask me to choose between twins, one with modest breasts, and one with fake breasts, I would choose the modest. I find the look of fake breasts disgusting. As well, a woman, if I were looking, who is insecure enough to get implants in the first place probably wouldn't be a good fit with me anyway.

I prefer women to be happy with what Mother Nature blessed them with.

I definitely prefer real. I find fake breasts a little weird-looking. I'd go for some natural B's if they were well-formed, over fake D's any day. Physical aspects aside, I also think fake breasts are a pretty good indicator of certain flaws and insecurities in a woman's personality. Someone who is comfortable with herself the way god made her, I find that sort of confidence and self-esteem very sexy and attractive.

If your real ones are acceptable to you, keep them as they are. If not, consider implants. I personally like larger breasts provided the woman herself isn't larger. A small waist with large large breasts is much more appealing than a woman with a large waist and even larger breasts. The proportions are what matter. Oh, I have seen women with small breast, but they have great waists and hips and they look much better than a woman with large breasts who is out of shape.

I enjoy both, but love and prefer fake. The shape, firmness, and also it allows the lady to dress differently since you do not have the issues you do with natural. A tight sheer shirt stretching over so hot over a pair of full breasts and fake seems to pull it off better or more to my taste.

LOOK guys like big boobs and if you have big boobs guys will like you but that doesn't always mean a good thing.Only do it for you!

Breast augmentation should not be taken lightly, it is an operation that carries risks and you will need to have the implants replaced in the future. You need to be 100% sure you want to have them as you will be left with a scar. If you just want to go one or two cup sizes bigger for a boost, a BA could be for you. Recovery is quick and relatively painless, you could be back to work in a week. If you need help deciding still, i was 32aa before i had mine done, now 30E/F (uk sizing!) i have before and after pics so you can see what they look like. When you first get them, they are a little high and are solid, feels horrid, but after 6 months they start to soften up and get a jiggle when you run just like real boobs and after a year they feel lovely and soft, just not as soft as a real pair but if you have yours placed over the muscle, you don't get that tell-tale round upperpole (the victoria beckham fake top bits) i never regretted getting mine done as was very depressed and insecure being as small as i was, just wish i'd gone a bit bigger!!! Real breasts that have the natural sag is lovely! I think it is more sexual and soft. Women should be soft, not hard and plastic looking. For Gods sake..men can get fake tits for that matter and to me a skinny woman with no hips and big knockers looks drag queenish. Im not discriminating, just saying how it looks to me. Personally Id stick with what I have, I dont really see the point in surgery, like so much crap can go wrong, but then again if youre uncomfortable the way you are not much will change that. I would just stick to what you have. Why would you want to conform to society's standards, or a man's for that matter? Having surgery alters your body and it has to be redone later on down the road, do you want to keep doing that? There are men out there that will like you for who you are not your body parts.
