The key word here is 'Seem'. They 'seem' oblivious. Someone like that tends to get noticed. I don't know many people who like being around rude, negative people for long without eventually losing the plot and well, plotting their demise or looking for other work etc. Perhaps you're more in touch with how you feel and honest enough to admit you work with someone who drives you crazy. If you have a coworker you trust, talk to them, or if you've got a boss, you trust, talk to them. If she's affecting how you do your work or whether you enjoy your work day, I'd recommend trying to address the issue - either by talking to someone else or even by trying some reverse psychology and buddying up to her. If however you're just sick of it and don't think it's worth the effort, then next time she interrupts you, call her out on the behaviour - chances are, as I said earlier, that others will agree with you and be supportive. If you want to take the honest, upfront approach, I'd recommend the following: Tell her to her face she's rude. Remind her that she's not a coworker and as such that she has no right to dictate how you or your colleagues do your jobs. Tell her that if she continues, that you'll file a complaint with her employer (nothing like the idea of having a working relationship end to get people to sit up and take notice). Or you could just simply avoid her... Good luck!
