Yes and yes. It looks worse than my DL - if that's possible.

I work from home now, but previously I had a badge and my picture on it was so good, people used to comment on it. Then we moved to a new building and my new picture was horrible. There was something wrong with the lens so you got this fishbowl like affect. Pretty funny looked like I had wads of cotton stuck in mouth like a chipmunk. DL was bad but not that bad.

Yes. My badge picture looks horrible. However, my DL isn't bad. With new digital technology, the motor vehicle agency even ask you if you like it before they put it on your DL. They will retake it if you don't like it. Suddenly, they are trying to be nice. I'm not used to it.
