  • Wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Probably wouldn't even notice.
  • I would notice. I would think they are patriotic immigrants and would do nothing. PS- I didn't know it was illegal. Is it because they are flying it over the US flag and not under it? Or are they not allowed to fly it at all? Interesting! +3
  • If it was in someones yard wouldn't bother me but it would bother me if it were on my state capitol building.
  • Flag etiquette has evolved over hundreds of years and it is incredibly rude to fly another countries flag higher than the flag of the country in which the flags are being flown. I'm not from the United States, but if I saw this I would read it as a deliberate insult to a country that is acting as host to a foreign national. I'm an Englishman living in Spain and if I saw a Union Flag being flown higher than a Spanish flag I would feel exactly the same. I would find it hard not to point out this insult to the person flying the flags.
  • I'd take it as a blatant insult to the US. Since it's illegal, I'd report it.
  • I would notice, and would probably find it a little obnoxious but I don't imagine I would do anything. To be fair though, I suspect that, were the situation reversed and I was living in another country and flying the US flag above the flag of my host country, the citizens of that country would find it a bit obnoxious too. Actually, they would probably see my display of the US flag as a sign of ultra-nationalism and would be annoyed whether it was above their flag or not.
  • I sure would notice it,and report it immediatly cause NO flag should be flown over the American Flag.
  • I wouldn't notice it and even if I did it doesn't really matter. I didn't know there was pole dominance lol.
  • I would probably notice...since i come from a city that has many cultures living together i would think that it was nice that we were all living together so well...what would i do? nothing...the last thing on earth i would ever consider doing is reporting them because its illegal.
  • I wouldn't care... If that is the biggest problem you can find in this country then you need your head checked.. The guy in Reno who tore the mexican flag down needs to wake up out of his delirium...
  • I would immediately notice another flag on top of the Old Glory. Uh, this is America still isn't it? Unless the person that had the flag hung in such an apparently disrespectful manner, had some documented mental disorder. I would point out the mistake and probably proceed to ask for documentation of legal residents. I think that handling of the flag is clearly covered during the process of becoming a citizen of this great country. It's just another thing that we are expected to tolerate.
