When I was a child I refused to eat my Sunday roast without tomato ketchup. I confess I still quite like the taste of boiled veg with tomato ketchup.

Hello, Norm! That is kinda "off-the-wall"! The only things I can think of are: 1). I must mix mayo in my Thanksgiving cornbread dressing, and 2). When I was a kid, (and goofy), I did not like grilled cheese sandwiches, so my Mom invented "grilled peanut-butter" sandwiches. They are the same as grilled cheese, except with peanut butter and a little sugar inside. I love them.

I love plain pasta with refried beans over it..when you combine the beans with the wheat in the pasta it becomes a complete protein and has a much food value (in terms of all 8 amino acids) as steak would have, with zero fat. I just love the combination..I even got Jim to try it and he kinda likes it, although he really prefers the regular pasta sauce. He, on the other hand, likes to have an occasional peanut butter sandwich with dill pickles..(no, he isn't pregnant!). I tried a bite and it's not as bad as it sounds..probably Elvis would have loved it! :)

Here's a real weird one . I like peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. I use zesty dills and cut them into slices . Sounds gross but it is really good.
