  • Yes, it could definitely be the cause..try strengthening your abdominal muscles...that will often help your back muscles....
  • the cause in your back is due to all the heavy lifting you've done,go and see your gp and let her know the pain you are in,she may be able to prescribe some pain killers,also an xray would be a good idea,also ask for information on types of excersizes you can and can't do,could be one of your lower disks too,but only a doc can certify this.
  • Lose weight. I had to reduce my activity level due to leg injuries, and I porked up pretty stout. That's when the back went all to hell. It hurt to move and it hurt being still - nothing was a good position for it, and when i bumped my shoulder against a door jam, for instance, it was excruciating - something I had never before experienced. I got my weight back down and the suffering went away. I recommend you do the same.
