I didn't know the name of the specific law, but I did know that the Bush administration had pushed a law through essentially making the president "King George II" with regards to "National Security" issues (And, conveniently enough, also gave him and/or his associates the right of complete non-disclosure as to why exactly their specifics actions are of concern to National Security). Also, it seems kind of odd that the same government that reserves the right to classify whomever they choose as an "Enemy Combatant", also reserves and freely exercises the right to violate any and every right usually granted to captured P.O.W., under the pretense that these prisoners qualify as "Terrorists" rather than official Enemy Combatants taken as Prisoners of War. They really like to have their cake and torture it too, don't they...?

yes and its a violation of the constitution. isnt sad when when the govnt goes after a man for having sexual congress with a woman in the white house, yet we cannot get rid of this guy(George Bush, I refuse to call him president) for breaking laws, crimes against humanity, genocide, and murder, lying to the public, and courts, etc
