In Maryland, crabs steamed with Old Bay seasoning is always cause for celebration. I enjoyed more than my share when I was younger. But, to get to those tasty morsals of succulent crab meat, one must break open the shell and pry the meat loose. You could crack a dozen or more crabs and still be hungry. Besides, the going price these days are about $15 a dozen. With a family of 6, it becomes, in my opinion, little more than an expensive appetizer. So, I may crack a crab leg or 2, but I leave the "feasting" to my family...I can't be bothered anymore.

I love chili relleno with rice and beans, but it's too much trouble to fix. I have to go out to a restaurant, and they always have those fabulous chips I can't get anywhere else as an appetizer, and Marguerita that is out of this world.
