I haven't, but I've known people who have and it's painful from what I hear. I am interested in body modification (BodMod) and may have some cosmetic surgery at some point, but I'm hoping to be comfortable with my body as it is. The cost varies based on where you go and what financing options you look at. I would recommend that you do plenty of research first and possibly seek the opinions of close friends and interview the surgeon's referrals. Some women get hooked on the possibility of changing their bodies through surgery and end up looking, in my opinion, horrible. If surgery makes you feel more comfortable in your own skin (and you won't be put into undue financial hardship), go for it! Depending on what clothing you'd want to wear, I'd go for the breast implants first because these would be noticeable to any passer-by. Not every guy is a breast man, though. You may be able to save money by getting both surgeries at once (i.e. saving on operating room costs), but your body would do better to only have to worry about healing after one surgery at a time.

Definitely recommend the breast augmentation. Take a look at www.implants4her.info and read some of the comments from women in their manual.
